Met Film School’s new MA line-up!

Met Film School opened its doors to budding filmmakers nearly ten years ago and, now the fastest growing film school in the UK, we are proud to announce our new post-graduate courses, which are now booking for October 2013!

The new MA courses are specific one year full-time, accredited post-graduate programmes in practical filmmaking in the below disciplines:

  • MA Filmmaking (Directing)
  • MA Filmmaking (Screenwriting)
  • MA Filmmaking (Business and Producing)
  • MA Filmmaking (Postproduction)

Based at Met Film’s London School in the world-famous Ealing Studios, the MA courses are an intensive and practical experience; designed to develop the industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills needed to work professionally in today’s film, television or new media industries.

Validated by the University of West London, the MA programme is led by experienced filmmaking practitioners, including directors, writers, producers, editors, and postproduction picture and sound specialists. Each student on the programme will complete a portfolio of filmmaking projects, plus a final Masters research or production project.

Students will attend a series of lectures, screenings, seminars, practice-based exercises and workshops, as well as work independently to produce projects for their portfolio, demonstrating craft and creativity to an advanced degree.
