Creativeworks London is a newly established AHRC (Arts and Humanities Research Council) supported network of over 40 academic and creative sector partners. It’s website can be found at www.creativeworkslondon.org.uk.

Its main aim is to create fresh and innovative collaborations between academic researchers and SMEs to support London’s Creative Economy now and into the future. We will do this in a number of ways, one of which is the Creative Vouchers Programme which will provide up to £15,000 for a creative SME to collaborate with a researcher from one of our research partners to tackle a business issue that corresponds with our chosen themes.

This Information Event will focus on Creativeworks London’s second Ideas Pool and Creative Vouchers Scheme. This will be shaped by the theme of ‘Co-Creation: Consumer as Producer’. A short background paper can be found on the Creativeworks London website.

Full details about the process will be given at the event. It will also provide an opportunity for Cultural and Creative Industries SMEs to network with Creativeworks London partner academics and researchers with a view to identifying potential research partners and vice versa.

The event is open to SMEs from the cultural, creative and creative digital sectors with an interest in the issues around the topic of Co-Creation as well as Creativeworks London academic and non-academic partners.

Space is limited and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To book your place, please email info@cwlondon.org.uk and dont’ forget to follow the official Creativeworks London Twitter feed @Cworksldn.
