Cyberport launches Smart-Space to assist UK ICT and digital companies’ expansion in Hong Kong. This flexible programme enables companies to rent office units on a monthly basis for a comprehensive fixed price. It is the perfect launch pad for start ups and new entrants, as well as a flexible environment for existing companies to scale their business.
There are 31 fitted rooms available on a first come first serve basis. Room sizes vary from 2 desks to 5 desks. The rental cost per desk per month is US$250. The length of lease ranges from 1 month (minimum) to 6 months.
Smart-Space is therefore an excellent vehicle for UK companies wishing to test the waters while keeping operating costs to a minimal. Interested parties should contact UKTI Hong Kong for more information.
