Open only to members of Manchester Digital, the Roster will act as a recommended supplier list for customers looking for trusted suppliers from a wide range of disciplines including creative, marketing and media, through to technical, software and ICT. A Manchester Digital Roster listing and badge tells the world that:
- You are a quality supplier in a named area.
- You have customers who are happy to recommend your work.
- You are a Manchester Digital member and adhere to the association’s Code of Practice.
- You are part of the Manchester Digital community.
Members registering for the Roster can select a ‘Competency Tag’ relating to a particular specialism. There is no limit to the number of tags that can be applied for. As part of the registration process applicants will be asked to provide the name of two customers as well as a description of the product or service supplied. Competency Tags are £100 each and are valid for 3 years. Following an initial period of registration the Roster will be widely promoted to the regions business community. Big Chip 2012

This year’s awards are set to be the biggest yet with competition from across the North. Big Chip will partner with media group Trinity Mirror who will publicise the awards in their flagship northern titles Manchester Evening News, Liverpool Post and The Journal in Newcastle. The high-powered judging panel will be chaired again by Michael Nutley, and includes Ajaz Ahmed, founder of Freeserve and Thinking Digital founder Herb Kim.
