As part of the NESTA, Arts Council England and AHRC ‘Digital R&D for Arts and Culture Fund‘, Happenstance is looking to fund six residencies at three of the UK’s most vibrant and exciting arts organisations: Site Gallery in Sheffield, Lighthouse in Brighton and Spike Island in Bristol.
They are looking for bright, creative developers, designers and producers who will work as part of a small creative team, making digital prototypes and sharing their knowledge. Each bursary is for £8k, to cover a period of 12 weeks’ work, with an additional £1k to cover materials.
Each residency will run from 26 March to 29 June 2012.
Further information about these residencies and how to apply can be found at http://happenstanceproject.com/
