29th/28th October, 2011
Approx. 20 mins in duration, the projection will be repeated throughout the night.
The Pepperpot is a much-loved landmark building in the Hanover/Queen’s Park area of Brighton, an unusually ornate tower built in 1836, which has a rich history and unique architectural design yet is gradually falling into disprepair.
The Tower of Dreams. BN2 will be a spectacular 12m high video mapping projection over the facade of the Pepperpot Tower, free for the public to attend, where the building will appear to transform in response to the local community’s ideas on how the tower could be used in the future.
People from the area have been given the opportunity to answer: ‘What could The Pepperpot be?’ to camera.
The diverse range of ideas which have emerged provide the inspiration for Brighton-based company Shared Space & Light to flex their creative muscle and create an unforgettable collective experience.
Don’t miss this unique, spectacular, free public projection event!
