This is an exciting and challenging role, where the successful candidate will help shape the future growth strategy of one of our key web businesses (our motors classifieds website).

Job Description

As Digital Product Manager you will be accountable for owning and delivering the overall Marketing and Development strategy on our motors classifieds sites, focusing on traffic acquisition, content growth and website functionality / usability.

Key Responsibilities Include:-

• Develop and own the Digital Marketing Strategy and programme.
• Managing website development – creation of wireframes and specifications outline new functionality on an ongoing basis.
• Working with internal teams and SEO and PPC teams to help define the SEM strategy.
• Content acquisition and distribution – focus on generating increased classified ad volumes (cars) through excellent marketing (online, offline, email, PPC, SEO, print etc)
• Weekly analysis and reporting on content, traffic, website usage
• Social Media marketing and strategy
• Development of strong internal relationship with sales team to help drive activity and provide valuable sales information

Skill Range / Person Specifications

You’ll be a marketing person who has the special mix of an analytical head combined with creative flair and a passion for online. Ideally you’ll have a basic knowledge of html and some SEO knowledge. You possess a high level of business acumen with the ability to think strategically and deliver solutions aligned with our business objectives. You adopt great attention to detail in everything you do, from writing marketing plans through to delivering accurate monthly reports and suggestions. You are a superb team player with a strong work ethic. You balance tenacity with personable approach to work. You possess knowledge of the following areas: SEO, Paid search Social media, Online content, Analytics.

Above all you’ll have drive, passion, energy and the desire to take ownership of a key future growth channel of our business.
